Morecom Ltd are a Pontypool based specialist retail telecommunications company operating throughout the UK and Europe.  The company provides a range of communication solutions to both large and small businesses, and is one of a limited number of companies that can deal with all aspects of business telecommunications including business phone systems, VOIP, broadband, mobile, call packages and maintenance.

The company approached us seeking support to establish the feasibility of organically growing their existing business while at the same time, expanding into the wholesale Telecomms sector.  Subject to a deliverable project being identified, the company subsequently required the preparation of a business plan and support identifying finance to deliver the project.

With our assistance to validate and develop their initial ideas, we subsequently identified a deliverable strategy and plan for achieving organic growth and to enter the new market.  We subsequently worked with the business to identify private and public sector finance to deliver the project.

The business now has a clear plan for achieving organic growth of its existing business and with our support entered into negotiations and secured a contract with a Tier 1 telecomms carrier.  This contract is key to the business achieving significant growth over the next 2-3 years.
