Synergy Plastics, Injection Moulding Company, Oakdale

This injection moulding company based in Oakdale, Caerphilly, approached us for help in expanding their product range.

 We were commissioned by Synergy Plastics to identify the feasibility of potential business opportunities, and to secure finance to support the expansion of their product range. The company specialises in injection moulding of household and medical products for both small and multinational companies.

We brought our expertise and experience to bear in order to widen the company’s offering, and our work included:

• Market research, and the identification and evaluation of business opportunities;
• A feedstock availability study, and the identification of equipment required to move forward;
• The development of a strategy for expanding their product range, and drafting and implementation of a new business plan; and
• Assistance in preparing thorough and robust grant applications, which resulted in funding being secured to purchase new injection moulding equipment.
